Coordinate all commercial operations including import export banking LC and other job related to bond VAT customs and regulatory compliance Collaborate end to end communication with banks to process of opening negotiating settling Letters of Credit LC TT transactions End to end communication with banks for updating bank liabilities reporting higher management To check PI LC draft accordingly transmit LC Responsible L C entry shared excel sheet maintain file contract wise register Handle cross functional activities supply chain accounts finance marketing department Communicate factories generate SPR PR required materials machinery spare parts procurement Deep knowledge cost minimization foreign exchange transactions smooth commercial operations adhering company policies government regulations Prepare present any commercial banking reports senior management maintaining performance compliance risks Monitor shipment schedules clearing forwarding C F activities logistics arrangements Collaborate commercial team members achieve departmental goals Any other related tasks assigned management
