Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders and ensuring service delivery to customers on a timely manner
  • Following up with suppliers to ensure service procurement on a timely manner
  • Responding to incoming queries from customers
  • Forwarding special communications to relevant teams
  • Preparing sales reports and other activity reports
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service/business operation function is preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply

Additional Qualities/Skills

  • Fast typing skill and proper digital literacy is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent telephonic manner, personality, and ability to establish a rapport.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
