    Areas of Responsibilities:
    • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
    • Sales and Marketing: Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote refinery products and services, identify new market opportunities, and expand customer base.
    • Business Development: Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and diversification.
    • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to improve commercial outcomes.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks that could impact revenue generation or market position.
    • Team Leadership: Manage a commercial team, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on refining operations.
    • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage complex contracts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
