Job summary
We are looking for an ICT Officer to ensure continuous availability of ICT systems supporting clinical and administrative services Provide timely technical support to medical nursing and administrative staff Maintain and secure patient data and hospital records Monitor system performance security logs and network uptime Support integration between clinical systems and medical equipment Maintain ICT inventory documentation and system manuals Assist in ICT policy development and compliance with health regulations Key qualifications include diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science IT related field professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ CCNA Microsoft ITIL training in health information systems electronic medical records Oracle 10G11G JavaScript knowledge ES6 Experience working on call night or weekend shifts is an added advantage We prefer candidates with strong problem-solving communication skills integrity confidentiality professionalism team orientation service-delivery mindset Ability to troubleshoot hardware software medical ICT equipment peripherals Knowledge disaster recovery business continuity systems Understanding health information privacy data protection laws Familiarity health standards HL7 ICD data interoperability standards Awareness cybersecurity risks healthcare environmentsResponsibilities
