Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Executive/Senior Executive Copywriter (English & Bangla)
. The role involves creating, editing, and refining compelling content in both languages across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, conducting research, crafting persuasive copy, proofreading, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. The Copywriter will work closely with the creative team to deliver impactful narratives that align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop clear, engaging, and original copy for a variety of platforms — including social media, website, ads, campaigns, and internal communications.
· Write, edit, and proofread English and Bangla content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
· Plan and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand storytelling.
· Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to create relevant and impactful content.
· Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and creative teams to bring ideas and campaigns to life.
· Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, creativity, and accuracy.
· Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in developing campaign scripts, taglines, and promotional materials.
· Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timely delivery.
Qualification:
· Excellent proficiency in both English and Bangla writing and speaking.
· Experience in creating and editing content in both languages.
· Skills in content strategy, research, proofreading, and creative writing.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand storytelling.
· Ability to work collaboratively with a team and also manage tasks independently.
· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience in the marketing or advertising industry will be considered an advantage.

Working H Hours
· 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Salary:
· Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
