The Equipment manager role involves planning and standardizing lifecycle maintenance of equipment. This includes innovation, automation and improvement of utilization, standardization and quality assurance of physical assets such as containers,warehouses scanners aircraft trucks trains.
Leaders at this level develop departmental plans based on the functional strategy execute through a team of professionals.
