Job summary

Prepare Financial Statements of the Company and Mutual Funds. Oversee the annual external financial audit process with utmost diligence, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely completion. Maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and other relevant supporting documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.
• CA/CMA/ACCA partial completion will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Statements of the Company and Mutual Funds.
• Oversee the annual external financial audit process with utmost diligence, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely completion.
• Ensure all transitions are executed in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, while maintaining effective communication and coordination with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and other relevant supporting documents.
• Uphold compliance with applicable Tax and VAT regulations, ensuring proper records and documentation.
• Prepare timely VAT and TDS reports and submit them to the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
• Generate and compile all necessary periodic and year-end reports accurately and within specified deadlines.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the management in line with accounting and financial operations.

Skills

• Sound knowledge on Accounting standards, VAT & Tax Acts.
• Fluency in accounting software Tally.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired requirements

• 2/3 year(s) experience in the Finance & Accounting department would be an added advantage.
