    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the Feed Industry, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Head of SCM will oversee daily supply chain operations, manage procurement processes, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service. They will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that business objectives are met efficiently.

    • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
    • Experience in Operations Management and optimizing supply chain processes
    • Proven Team Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor staff
    • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
    • Experience in the feed industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

    Salary: 200K approx
