Job summary

We're looking for an exceptional Business Development & Community Manager to help us grow our presence in Bangladesh. This role is all about connecting with communities, building trusted partnerships, and shaping how nsave serves people who have long been excluded from traditional financial systems.

Responsibilities

• proactively sourcing and onboarding new communities and partners to grow our network, and
• fostering engagement and managing our communities.

Qualifications

• Local Market Expert: Deep understanding of the Bangladeshi digital landscape, social media trends, and community dynamics.
• Proven Experience: Experience in business development, partnership management, community management, or a related role. A strong existing network is a huge plus
• Excellent Communicator: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla. You know how to tailor your message for different audiences.
• Natural Connector: You love talking to people, are a great listener, and have a genuine passion for building and nurturing relationships.
• Proactive & Self-Motivated: You are a hustler who can work independently, identify opportunities, and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various community platforms, social media tools, and basic analytics.
• Experience working in a startup or fintech.
• Personal experience in building or managing a community (even as a volunteer or for a personal project).
