    STANDARD MH GROUP is looking for Washing Quality Manager

    Job Description / Responsibility
    Ensure products and services consistently meet internal standards and customer expectation by developing and implementing quality control system.
    Working according to deadlines for the delivery of goods.
    Preparing reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing data.
    Training and managing production floor staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
    Lead and support quality control.
    Monitor of the garments delivery from washing to sewing floor on time as per schedule or not. If found any discrepancy then talk with washing management.
    In case of any short shipment take explanation from the related production responsible and in form to management.
    Ensure good housekeeping in production floor.
    Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products are up to industry and company standard.
    Handle the customer during their visit to production floor.
    Monitor daily final inspection report. In case of inspection failing take the explanation from the related responsible and take immediate corrective action.
    Eliminating goods that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for goods problem.
    Educational Requirements
    Bachelor/Honors
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Candidates with a background in Textile Engineering or related disciplines will be given preference.

    Quality assurance and control
    Experience Requirements
    At least 10 year(s)
    The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments,Washing Factory
    Additional Requirements
    Strong leadership and management abilities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Fluency in spoken English.
