Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Specialist to help us scale. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth Sports Management SaaS company and have a direct impact on our commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate product benefits and value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director to align efforts with campaign goals.
  • Track activities and pipeline progress using a CRM.
  • Share feedback and insights from the market to inform sales, marketing and product strategies.
  • Share weekly updates with Marketing and Sales on lead generation and qualification progress aligned to goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience delivering persuasive sales pitches and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. , HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales.
  • Understanding of the US market or the sports industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity goals and quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
