HR Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Co-ordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programmes.

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date.
  • Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare bills for the British Council.
  • Maintain employee exit formats to ensure efficient database management.

Policy & Performance Support:

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures while providing guidance to staff.
  • Support performance management activities, including evaluations and feedback.
  • Assist in the evaluation of internal and external stakeholders.

Communication & Development:

  • Co-ordinate with senior management regarding HR-related tasks.
  • Liaise with section heads to collect and review reports to maintain standard service.
  • Co-ordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support employee relations to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills Required: Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy, Educational institution, Reporting and Documentation, Performance Evaluation, communication and interpersonal skill.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • School
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in a School, College, or University setting is an advantage.
