    Description

    Projuktir Pathshala Institute is looking for a Graphic Design Trainer/Mentor Job holder to teach graphic design students of our institute. Your duties will include teaching the graphic design class, managing the class schedule, and making eye-catching social banners for all types of graphic design activities.     Salary Range 𝟏5𝐤-𝟑𝟎𝐤 per month, depending on skillset

    𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠


    • Candidates must work at least 1-2 months as a trainee employee before working as a full-time 


    • A minimum 6-month employment agreement needs to be signed by the candidate. 

    𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬:

    Make a user-friendly Design

    Skill in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

    Must have good modern color/design sense.

    Good communication skills to collaborate with the team.

    Convert PSD to HTML, Responsive, cross-browser design 

    Good knowledge of tools, like other graphic design tools.

    Existing portfolio of design works will greatly help us in deciding whether to take you.

    𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

    At least 3 years' experience in any reputed ad agency/ design studio/ event/ activation agency.

    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw, InDesign, MS Office, Quark, etc.

    With strong visual concepts/ideas and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

    Strong skills in typography, color, and layout composition, Windows platform preferred.

    Must have knowledge about printing technology & output setup.

    A candidate with experience and good design understanding would be preferable.

    Understanding the design briefs and transforming them into designs for print & digital media.

    Good understanding of print/visual media & must be motivated and self-driven with a desire to grow.

    Able to handle design projects including magazine layout, books, catalogs, brochures, consumer packaging, event/activation materials, etc.

    Be able to work on multiple projects under tight timelines & be a Hard worker, and handle projects in a busy schedule.

    𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

    Graduated from any Subject, but graduates from Santo Mariam, Charu Kala will be preferred.
