    Description

    Responsibilities & Context

    Administrative Support:

    Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across different time zones for local and international business engagements.

    Arrange travel itineraries, including visa applications, accommodation, transportation, and other logistics for domestic and international trips.

    Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for local and foreign business meetings.

    Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business activities.

    Communication Liaison:

    Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and local/international stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.

    Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, in a timely and professional manner.

    Facilitate effective communication by interpreting and translating documents or messages as needed, particularly in international contexts.

    Maintain strong relationships with key contacts and represent the executive professionally in various business interactions.

    Cultural and Language Support:

    Provide cultural insights and sensitivity in communication and business dealings with local and foreign counterparts.

    Assist in language interpretation and translation during meetings, negotiations, or other business activities as required.

    Stay informed about cultural norms, customs, and protocols relevant to conducting business in different regions or countries.

    Help bridge cultural gaps and foster mutual understanding between local and foreign partners.

    Information Management:

    Organize and maintain confidential business information, files, and records related to local and international operations.

    Conduct research and gather relevant data to support decision-making processes for local and foreign business initiatives.

    Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of meeting minutes, agreements, contracts, and other critical documents.
