    Job Description / Responsibility

    Monitor quality assurance activities including audit, In-process inspection, in-line inspection, traffic light system, DHU, RFT, Root cause analysis, Preventive and corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.

    Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments and senior management.

    Identify and develop continuous improvement initiatives and ensure implementation, follow-up, and closure of Corrective and Preventative Actions. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and arranging training programs accordingly. Responsible for each aspect of quality control during assembly in the factory. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
    To conduct pre-production meetings and increase quality awareness. Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods. Leading all kinds of self-inspection NQC (H&M), SIS (C&A), AQC (Bestsellers), GPQ (Others). Ensure all materials fabrics, trims, and other accessories are undergoing quality checking.
    Training to all pipeline CNQC (All Buyers) by a structured training schedule. Maintain 3rd Party inspection/Leading sub-con factory QC/ Leading to Embroidery/Printing follow-up QC.

    Shade, Shrinkage, width measurement and Fabric test report Solve Fabric Related issues arise in the consequent department -cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing.

    Follow up on all kinds of Product Audits/Technical audits/QMS audits. Leading updated group QMS team with well-equipped tools. Renovation and development of raw material Quality. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution process.
    Conduct Monthly Quality Meetings with the customer. Proper investigation against all kinds of customer claims.
    Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality ensuring that targets are achieved.

    Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.

    Moisture and humidity management system follow-up in Warehouse and Raw material.
    Educational Requirements
    Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
    Experience Requirements
    At least 10 year(s)
