The Role

We are seeking a skilled
Freelance / Part-Time Photographer and Videographer

to create stunning, high-quality images and video content on a project basis. This role requires versatility across detailed product shots, aspirational lifestyle imagery, and short-form video.

What You'll Do:

• Product Photography:

Execute high-resolution, e-commerce-ready product photography (including multiple angles and detailed shots) for all brands.
Editing of all final product images is required

as part of the negotiated rate.
- Stylized Lifestyle Shoots:

Participate in day-long, creative photo and video shoots, following provided creative direction to capture lifestyle visuals that align with the brand story (e.g.,
charcuterie board styling

for Wood Art, relaxation rituals for Revaya).
- Videography:

Shoot short-form video content (e.g., social media reels, instructional clips) that is ready to use without complex post-production editing.
- Collaboration:

Shoots will primarily take place at our office location in
Uttara Sector 3

, working closely with the Brand Manager (Mugdho) and Creative Designer. We will provide key lighting, flashes (Canon-compatible), backdrops, and necessary props.

Requirements & Compensation

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:

Proven experience in high-quality product and lifestyle photography/videography. A professional portfolio is mandatory.
- Equipment:

Must own a professional-grade camera and suitable lens/lenses for e-commerce and creative work.
- Lighting:

If not a Canon user, you
must own your own speedlights/flashes

to ensure compatibility with our existing studio setup.
- Accessories:

Having additional accessories like
tripods, polarizers, and fill-lights is a strong plus.
- Skills:

Expertise in professional photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Capture One).

Compensation (Project-Based):

• Product Shoots:

Payment will be negotiated per project, based on the volume of products and complexity of angles required. This rate
includes professional editing

- Stylized/Creative Shoots:

Compensation will be negotiated based on your
experience, workflow, workload, and use of personal gear.

These visuals typically
do not require editing

by the freelancer (beyond basic color correction/transfer).
