    Job Responsibilities :

    • Managing Front Desk Office
    • customer relation , front office client service , client meeting
    • front office administration
    • Guest entertainment
    • Handling walk-in clients
    • customer relation developments of after sales
    • Channeling incoming phone calls
    • PABX management
    • Courier/mail handling
    • Office coordination
    • Maintaining Manual Attendance Register
    • Update Phone List of all Employees
    • Any other task if any assigned by supervisor Management
    • To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
    • daily appointment fix up of CEO
    • receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
    • communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying
    • attend meeting, public relation works
    • attend business developments meetings with CEO
    • In out register maintain & others related works as office Secretery

    Educational Requirements


    • Graduates/ Masters from any discipline. (FRESH GRADUATES ALSO APPLY)
    • BBA/MBA/BA,B.COM or BSC also apply
    • O/A level background preferred
    Experience Requirements


    • 1 to 2 year(s)
    The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    . Executive Assistant, Front Desk, Office Assistant, Office Manager, Personal Secretary, Reception, Telephone Operator

    The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

    Advertising Ageny, Airline, Banks, Boutique/ Fashion, Developer, Engineering Firms, Event Management, Group of Companies, Real Estate, Public Relation Companies, Super shop, Trade Fair, Mobile Shop etc.


    Additional Requirements :

    • Age 22 to 35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Smart Fresh Graduates or BA,B.COM,BSS,BBA with (1-2) YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE CANDIDATE REQUESTED TO APPLY.
    • having tale sales/ front desk/customer services experience candidate will get 1st preference.

    • Candidates with 3rd class/division or CGPA below 3.0 in any public examination need not apply.
