Agronochain Ltd. is a technology-driven agricultural solutions company building a transparent, blockchain-enabled ecosystem in Bangladesh.Through integrated services in market linkage, warehouse management, and agri-finance—powered by a digital clearinghouse and tokenized transaction model—the company supports farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, buyers, and financial institutions.
Agronochain is currently implementing the Innovatech pilot to digitize farmer data, enable verified financing, and strengthen market readiness across rural agri-business value chains.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality visual content, including short videos, motion graphics, and pitch materials, using graphic design and video editing software.
Develop a strategic content calendar and draft all short-form content (posts, newsletters, press releases) to maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and executive communication assets for internal and external stakeholders.Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms to increase platform visibility and farmer/buyer adoption.
Utilize web and social media analytics tools to track campaign KPIs, audience insights, and performance data.Deliver monthly performance summaries and actionable insights to adapt and optimize future marketing strategies.
Conduct frequent travel with the Executive Team and Operations team to capture photos, videos, and interviews during field visits, events, and farmer onboarding sessions.
Provide on-site marketing coverage and logistical support for events, partner meetings, and public activations.Maintain strong working relationships with media partners, influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders (NGOs, financial institutions).
Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience research to continually refine Agronochain's market positioning and messaging.
Assist the management team in developing effective marketing strategies aligned with key business growth objectives and product launches.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a marketing or content development role.
Proven proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e
g, Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects, or advanced knowledge of Canva).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management, and the ability to track analytics (Google Analytics, social platform insights).
