Job Summary

The Zone-in-Charge (ZI) is responsible for managing sales and distribution within an assigned zone in Bangladesh. The role entails ensuring sales target achievement, distributor performance management, retail coverage, and team leadership in line with FMCG industry standards.

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly quarterly annual sales targets primary secondary Drive volume value numeric distribution growth Monitor SKU wise performance take corrective actions.
