The Deputy Manager will plan execute and monitor daily spot checks for high-risk riders staff and other operational areas analyze and validate compliance against key security policies during spot checks detect fraudulent or non-compliant activities and report findings to senior management promptly maintain detailed records of all spot check observations findings corrective actions taken drive implementation of ongoing security initiatives ensure timely delivery within scope budget collaborate with cross-functional teams design execute security strategies aimed at mitigating risks regularly update improve project frameworks based on new risks organizational requirements monitor effectiveness implemented security measures recommend improvements assist with identifying high medium-risk personnel environments activities provide recommendations risk mitigation strategies collected data observation support crisis response efforts ensure adherence safety protocols emergencies coordinate internal external stakeholders projects seamlessly train riders drivers staff regarding security protocols risk-prevention measures motivate equip team members self-check compliance uphold organizational values develop reports performance metrics spot checks fraud detection risk mitigation efforts present findings recommendations stakeholders periodically utilize data-driven insights anticipate future risks implement preventive measuresFor this role you need: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputed university CSE/MIS background preferred Minimum 4-6 years working experience in relevant field Health Safety Security Environment HSSE Mid Level proficiency in MS Office word excel PPT required Good IQ day-to-day investigative process fraud investigation must Team work cross-functional tasks database documentation analytics
