We're Hiring: Sr. Executive – Commercial HR Lines Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr. Executive (Commercial) to support commercial operations through data analysis, reporting,and customer coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze bookings vs. space utilization data across customers to support capacity planning and operational optimization
- Keep accurate records of commercial data and deliver management reports with 100% accuracy
- Track and prepare monthly reports on Round Voyage Days (Turnaround Time), Berthing Delays, Port Stay Duration for HR Lines Limited and competitors
- Prepare and circulate trade notices to customers promptly
- Prepare monthly loading reports for all customers
