Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of all hospitals and diagnostic centers under JSK Group, ensuring that each facility operates efficiently and effectively.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements to maintain the legal and ethical standards of healthcare services.
Key Duties:
Supervise center heads, doctors, technologists, nursing, and administrative teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control, to ensure the financial sustainability of the facilities.
- Coordinate with HR, procurement, marketing, accounts, and IT departments to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency through continuous evaluation and enhancement of processes.
- Lead expansion initiatives to grow the network of hospitals and diagnostic centers, ensuring strategic alignment with the group's vision.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Education: master of business administration (mba)
- Skills: healthcare management, senior management, senior executive leadership, general management, healthcare management & administration, medical staff supervision, healthcare consulting
