We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Creative Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of innovative architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop creative architectural designs that meet Management requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.

Utilize advanced design software and tools to generate 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client meetings and project proposals.

Conduct thorough site analysis and research to understand environmental, cultural, and social factors influencing design decisions.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure cohesive project development from concept to completion.

Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, mood boards, and material samples, to communicate concepts effectively.

Coordinate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Conduct feasibility studies and assess the practicality of proposed designs in terms of construction methods, materials, and cost.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design and construction process.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
