Shikho, one of Bangladesh's fastest-growing EdTech companies, is looking for a Manager, Brand & Production to join our dynamic Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and execution across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee end-to-end video production & post-production - from concept, scripting, and shooting to final edits.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, mentors, design, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Plan and execute large-scale campaigns (from ideation to launch), ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and implement revenue-driven marketing ideas and strategies that directly contribute to sales growth.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively for all creative deliverables to ensure efficient project execution.
• Experiment with AI-driven content and production tools to improve efficiency and output.
• Mentor and guide team members in brand marketing, design, and production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or production.
• Graduation in Marketing or relevant field from any reputed university
• Strong portfolio of campaigns and content production (ads, films, digital content).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in video production and post-production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue-focused marketing campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of social media, digital content trends, and audience engagement.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, mobile-first production, and EdTech industry trends, or an Advertising agency background will be a plus
