Job summary

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and prospect potential clients, including advertising agencies, marketing firms and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Mentor, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed. Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and initiative to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data.
