Igniva Solutions Ltd is looking for Civil Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility
Coordinate effectively between Clients, Design Consultants, and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out as per the approved work schedule.

Attend progress meetings and ensure project timelines are achieved according to target dates.
Ensure appropriate manpower, materials, and resources are allocated as per contractual agreements.
Oversee Quality Control (QC) systems and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure Quality Assurance (QA).
Supervise Supply Chain Management to maintain smooth workflow and timely material availability.
Manage and monitor Contractors to execute work within the stipulated timeframe.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports against the approved project plan.
Ensure that all materials used and works performed comply with approved specifications and standards.
Responsible for taking measurement of the finished works for running bills and recording those in MBs(Measurement Books)
Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Skills Required:
Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Power
Additional Requirements
Minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in construction work.
Practical experience in site supervision, contractor management, and project coordination is required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project scheduling.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Expertise in project management , cost control and construction methodology
