    Job Context:

    The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share within the Builders/Real Estate/ Land sector. This role involves leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, collaborating with various departments, and managing external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Formulate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

    Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.

    Define target markets and segments for effective outreach campaigns.

    Acquire & retain a high-performing sales team through proper HR Practices.·

    Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve sales goals.·

    Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.

    Direct sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion.·

    Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.·

    Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote company properties or projects.

    Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, to reach target audiences.

    Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and collateral.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
