Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our community, analyzing market trends, and assisting with our marketing campaigns.

This role requires someone who is creative, proactive and has a strong understanding of social media platforms, with significant knowledge about ad managers, particularly Facebook.

This is a remote position with the requirement to come to the office once or twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Publish content on time.
• Develop and schedule engaging content for our social media pages, including text, images, and videos.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of online advertising campaigns, including setting up campaigns, budgeting, and targeting.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and audience segments.
• Edit and produce video content for social media and advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms, including proficiency in using ads managers and setting up campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content creation, including video editing.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and ad management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Salary and Work Conditions:

• Salary range: 6k10k per month, depending on experience.
• This is a Remote Position, with the expectation to come into the office once or twice a week for meetings and collaboration.
