  • Oversee all dyeing and finishing operations of fabrics (knit) in the factory.

  • Manage lab to bulk and bulk to bulk processes, shade matching, recipe correction, process optimization.

  • Work closely with cross functional team QA/QC , Merchandising , Planning & Maintenance teams
