Responsibilities

ul
  • To lead the engineering team to get the project completed within the stipulated time.
    • ul/li-Regular monitoring the work progress and control the work schedule./ul/li>To collect and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work status reports./ul
  • Take actions required for the progress of work as per work timeline.
    • /ul/li>Responsible for projects budgeting,/ul/li>scheduling,/ul li >monitoring,< li >/ ul/ li >resource utilization,< / li >/ ul/ li >administrative control.< br />< p >< br />+< h 2 >< b >Requirements < br />< ul/>< li>Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, preferred from reputed public University

    Training on project & construction Management)
    Skill Development Training?
    Additional Requirements: Minium 20 year(s)(s) experience in real estate/building construction sector., Experience As AGM/DGM In renowned real estate organizations Sound In Project Management & Project Administration Should be familiar with Project Management And Operation Maintenance Of Construction Site And Designing Experience In Constructing High Rise Residential And Commercial Projects With Basements Will Be Preferred Self Motivated Energetic & Capable To Work Under Pressure Have Excellent Oral And Written English Communication Ensure Quality Timely Completions Of Projects Show More Show Less
