EMPLOYMENT STATUS

• Full time

WORKPLACE

• Work at office

Duty Time:
(2 Shift)

-08:00 am to 04:00 pm and 03:00 pm To 11:00 pm


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls for customers to Inform about their order.
• Providing support to esteemed clients through internet & phone calls.
• Provide product information & take feedback to the prospective clients.
• Manage daily performance to ensure that all the customers get service over the phone.
• Manager Daily activity & customer information.
• To Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required.
• Manage order by Website, Facebook, Daraz database & Create delivery database on website

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Customer Communication, Customer Service etc.
• Computer Skill: Microsoft Office, Internet Browsing, Data Entry Etc.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Only females are allowed to apply ( Ashkona Area Preferable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with customer service software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Age 20 to 32 years
