Digital Marketer – Lead Generation - Dhaka

Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with proven expertise in lead generation, SEO, content creation, and automation of websites and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital trends, be able to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, and optimize performance across websites, social media, and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Develop and execute strategies to attract, convert, and nurture qualified leads
Optimize lead funnels using landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email automation tools
Manage CRM integrations and lead scoring models for sales-readiness
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques
Monitor and improve organic rankings, website traffic, and search visibility
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console for performance tracking
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media
Manage content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce multimedia content
Website & Automation Management
Optimize website performance and user experience with automated tools
Implement tracking pixels, forms, and API integrations with CRMs and email platforms
Maintain CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and oversee landing page performance
Social Media & Digital Platforms
Manage and grow presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Schedule, automate, and analyze social media campaigns
Monitor trends and engagement metrics to optimize content and audience targeting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, or similar automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms is a plus
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
