Job Summary
Assist the Chairman and Director in managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and official engagements; Prepare briefing notes, presentations agendas and talking points for the Chairman and Board; Coordinate Board Committee special meetings agenda preparation scheduling logistics minutes preparation etc Liaise with Directors senior management advisors regulators as when required Ensure liaison between the Board Chairman internal stakeholders Handle sensitive confidential information with highest level of professionalism Support special assignments strategic initiatives assigned by Chairman or Boards office Ensure Protocol Service Act primary coordination point for Boards Directors Chairmans Office
