  • Ensure On-Time Delivery OTD as per approved production plansMaintain sewing quality in line with QMS and buyer requirementsEnsure fabric trims sample size and pattern approvals before bulk productionImprove line efficiency reduce bottlenecks Non-Productive Time NPTControl Cost Per Minute CPM wastage reworkOptimize manpower machine utilization minimize excess overtimeImplement Lean IE practices line balancing layout optimization SMV controlCoordinate with Store Supply Chain for timely material feedingSupervise accurate production inventory data entry in ERPQMS systemsCoordinate with Merchandising Technical IE Quality teams
