Job summary

A results-driven General Manager, Sales to lead Diagnostic Center's sales operations. Strong leadership, healthcare market expertise, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities, customer segments, and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Develop go-to-market plans, distribution models, and channel strategies.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement coaching/training programs.
  • Foster collaboration with operations, marketing, and customer service teams.

Client Relationship & Channel Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and corporate partners.
  • Establish and manage dealer partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with doctors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and medical professionals, leveraging an extensive doctor network across the country to drive business growth.

Revenue & Financial Management

  • Track and analyze sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Manage pricing, margins, and profitability for the sales function.
  • Market Intelligence & Compliance
  • Monitor competitor strategies, healthcare regulations, and diagnostic industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent AKS Diagnostics at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
