Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI) is looking for Project Manager

Job Description / Responsibility
Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects—from concept and planning to implementation and handover.
Translate manufacturing strategies into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage multiple projects across different factories simultaneously.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead projects related to capacity expansion, line installation, process optimization, automation, layout redesign, and efficiency improvement.
Support projects for new product lines, factory expansion, modernization, and technology upgrades.
Work closely with Factory Heads, Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Manage external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality delivery and timeline adherence.
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, food safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Maintain project documentation, approvals, and governance structure.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in in Engineering (Mechanical / IPE / EEE / Civil) or relevant discipline.

Skills Required:
Communication, Project Planning, Factory Operation, Project Budgeting

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)
