Anwar Group of Industries is looking for an Executive- HR & Admin (Narsingdi Plant) who will prepare and manage payroll activities including salary bonus leave arrears final settlement bank advice salary analysis
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage payroll activities including salary bonus leave arrears final settlement bank advice salary analysis
- Maintain daily monthly attendance OT leave records ensure payroll accuracy through regular verification
- Manage employee leave records update HR software salary systems
- Handle employee salary account opening payment coordination Bank Mobile Banking/li>Maintain update employee database HR MIS organogram yearly increment records/li>Monitor unauthorized absenteeism update employee status per policy/li>Plan coordinate recruitment activities manpower planning attrition analysis/li Prepare HR reports recruitment trackers office orders letters internal memos/li Ensure accurate data entry documentation newly joined employees li Address salary grievances ensure employee satisfaction timely resolution li Coordinate medical support maintain related records li Support KPI setting performance appraisal departmental data requirements li Monitor factory administrative activitiess licenses housekeeping wastage management/li Assist organizing training programs compliance activities engagement events/ul>
