Alongside my academic achievements, I have also amassed nearly 12 years of valuable work experience. During my tenure at Fiber@Home Ltd, where I served as an Senior Engineer Implementation and Operation, Engineer, Service and Project Implementation. I had the opportunity to develop and refine various professional skills. These include expertise in cellular communications, end-user support, team management, client management, vendor management, project management, and fiber optics network.  Throughout my academic journey and professional career, I have consistently been recognized for my hard- working nature by both professors and peers. Whether engaged in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or professional projects, I consistently apply my proven communication, management, and leadership skills.  I am now looking forward to leveraging my skillset in a new challenging role.

Senior Executive - Implementation and Operation 

• Assign team to work, Team handling.Team monitoring/handling & follow-up 

• Responsible for providing 24x7 optical networking support. 

• Installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining all fiber optic systems and experience in installations of telecommunication devices, labelling, patch cords and cabling. 

• Extensive skills on Different Tools For Troubleshooting such as Power Meters, Red light testing, Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) & BERT tester to test fiber/E1 and verify specifications and throughput. 

• Surveys for OSP cable survey requirements, Route surveys for new OSP infrastructure. 

• Report all OSP issues, plans, quantities, suggestions, and solutions. 

• Deluge Knowledge of Optical Networking products understanding and their maintenance. 

• Perform maintenance work on the systems, and knowing how to troubleshoot systems in order to isolate and replace component failures. 

• Audit and optimization of the network components performance periodically. • Solve problems faster, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risk of downtime. 

• Work indoor and outdoor under variable environmental conditions 

• Ability to work safely, with or without supervision, Ability to work individually or as a team member, Ability to organize workload and prioritize duties • Maintaining the network stability and KPI high by reducing the service affecting/degrading alarms & Trouble Ticket (TT) Management.

• Periodic network infrastructure preventive maintenance and implementation of best practices on the network nodes for enhancing the network performance. 

• Meet targets, manage and monitor KPI’s– ensuring optimum performance and achievement of operational objectives.

•Countrywide client services rollout responsibility with support from OC/OSC
