Strong research professional who graduated from 2 leading Universities of Bangladesh, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and Independent University Bangladesh (IUB). 
Moreover, hand on working experience on American university academics. As a tech-savvy, I have knowledge on various software and internet-based services which can add extra facilities to the organization.

I have completed my undergraduate degree from the Independent University Bangladesh with a Major in Marketing and a minor in Media and communication. I have completed an MBA from Bangladesh University of Professionals in Operation Management and also I have completed my MBA from Madonna University, MI, USA in Accounting. I have good communication skills and good experience in teamwork. Similarly, I have strong verbal and written skills with the ability to keep accurate logs of daily communications, sales reports, and contracts. Right now, I am working as an Exam invigilator at the British Council Bangladesh.  Besides I am also a RA (Research Assistant) under the department of Business Administration at SUST (Shahjalal University of Science and Technology). 

If it’s about my working experience, I’ve worked for a world-famous brand called Dunkin which is located in the USA. My role was Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager. From there I’ve successfully achieved numerous challenges mentioned in my CV. I’ve also worked for G&R Technologies Dhaka in Bangladesh. I completed my internship there. During my internship, I have to deal with the company’s vendors and stakeholders.  They provided training to solve problems and handle customers with care. Moreover, 2 years of office assistance working experience in P&P Associates consulting limited, which is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh will also boost my professional skills. I was a key personnel in a marketing company. Over there, I have 2 more years of experience in marketing and customer service. I’ve successfully conducted several Cambridge Edexcel and IELTS exams in the British Council. I was praised by the country director of Bangladesh and my promotion to Assistant Exam Supervisor is inbound. However, I am looking for more lucrative opportunities to spill my potential in the same industry. 

I am energetic, and creative, and enjoy meeting different people, so it’s easy for me to upsurge the growth to match the personality of the customer support and this helps to make a better impression to forecast the upcoming events and opportunities for the organization. I have experience maintaining social media objects like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc. Additionally, I have experience working with digital marketing organizations like Stuff Asia and G&R. I have a good grip on content writing and keyword-friendly web search. 

Good computer skills and good communication skills will add extra points to support my job. Also, as a RA, I know how research is conducted and how valuable the perception of the people towards the company is. I have several publications in world-famous journals like Elsevier, Emerald, etc. I am laborious and interested in building up a career in your astonishing Organization.
