I am a finance professional and CFA charterholder with a strong focus on financial strategy, analytical problem solving, and building systems that support sustainable business growth. Currently, I serve as the Finance Lead at WeGro, where I oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury management, financial controls, and investor relations. I lead an eight-member finance and accounts team and work closely with senior management to translate complex operational activities into structured financial insights that guide strategic decisions.

My work is centered around building robust financial frameworks in sectors that are operationally complex, particularly in agricultural financing. At WeGro, I have developed integrated financial models that connect farmer forecasting, disbursement planning, revenue generation, and portfolio risk analysis with the company’s financial statements. I am also actively involved in structuring and managing different funding channels, including offshore banking facilities, crowdfunding capital pools, and institutional agricultural investments. My goal in these efforts is to ensure financial discipline while enabling operational teams to scale impact.

Beyond my technical role, I see myself as someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and bringing clarity to challenging problems. I am deeply interested in financial modeling, data-driven decision making, and the use of technology to make finance more efficient and insightful. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). During my undergraduate studies, I developed core knowledge in financial management, accounting, economics, and business strategy, which laid the groundwork for my career in finance.
