Experience

1. Prepare field plan in line with project target for effective implementation of the field activities in targeted project location and area with the consultation of supervisor. 

2. Assist to organize different training/orientation/workshop on community mobilization & awareness training on different issues especially on community engagement on countering violent extremism. 

3. Organize on different community level events, courtyard meeting as per project guideline. 

4. Good working relation with local govt. institutes, educational institutes, NGOs and other development Agencies. 

5. Provide correct information, data and fill up formats. 

6. Prepare reports and send to Project Manager. 

7. Maintain professional good relationship with local community, civil society, Religious leaders, Power structure and concern Govt. agencies. 

8. Other responsibilities assigned by organization
