About Md.Farhadul Islam:

I have completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) on Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Moreover I have 12 years more job experiences as a banker in different department like Banking Operations, foreign exchange, remittances, regulatory reporting, customer services, Trade & remittances Government securities etc.

1.Process remittances(Both Inward &Outward Remittance) with related regulatory reporting.
2.Process Government Shanchay Patra & Bond with related reporting.
3.Process Treasury Back office transaction
4.Process Student file as per process policy and guideline
5.Process Fcy cheque, draft
6.Querry settlement of regulator & corresponding bank.
7.Maintaining good relationship with Bangladesh Bank Officials
8.Ensure error free transactions
9.Ensure daily, weekly and monthly regulatory reporting
10.Ensure customer services properly within the SLA
11.Download and process incoming message through SWIFT and generate outgoing messages in SWIFT.
