WORK EXPERIENCE:

Aircraft Technician B1 at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. Location: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

February 2014 to Present

Duties & Responsibilities : Working on Boeing 737-800ER, Dash-8Q400 Series, ATR72/600 Series aircraft performing and all required maintenance functions.

·        Read and Interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damage components.

·        Conduct routine and special inspection as required by regulation.

·        Measure parts for wear, using precision instruments.

·        Dis-assemble engine an inspect parts such as turbine blades, gears and bearing for corrosion,  wear, warping,  cracks and leaks.

·        Inspect airframe for wear and other defects.

·        Examine and inspect aircraft components,  including landing gear, hydraulic system and de-ice to locate cracks, leaks or  problem.

·        Measure the tension of control cable.

·        Remove and install aircraft engine using hoists or forklift trucks.

·        Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic and structural component and accessories using hand or power tools.

·        Cleaning, refuel-defuel, hydraulic, pneumatic and oil in line service aircraft.

·        Participates in towing and movement of aircraft in performing maintenance activities.

·        Carry out post-arrival inspection including F.O.D and ensure the aircraft parking area is clear of any obstruction.

Aircraft marshalling, parking,  mooring in the ramp and hanger area.

Receives aircraft on arrival and appropriately chocking the wheels.

·        BSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
