Mid-Senior level M&E and program development expert who has over 20 years of experience with livelihoods, health, nutrition, governance, and Humanitarian Assistance (HA) programs in development, implementation in different regions of Bangladesh. Proven track record in quality control, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, capacity building of staff and partners, research, and research methodology. Lead the monitoring and Evaluation of both development and humanitarian programs. Managed and designed data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative) using different software platforms like Commcare, KoBo, Akvo flow, Akvo RSR to support program designs. Lead the CRM and DevResult/IATI for accountability in service delivery. Experienced in, partner identification, partner risk analysis and development the capacity building of the partners in health and HA interventions, and M&E system. I achieved Master Degree (MS) in 2015 form Hazee Md Danesh Science & Technology University furthermore, and I have attained more than 25 trainings in public health, nutrition, project cycle management, project designing, proposal writing, Finance and Budgeting, Report writing, Strategic communication, ToC (theory of change), M&E, supervision, and IATI/DevResults for accountability, Research and Research Methodologies, Policy analysis, Evidence based advocacy, behavior change, Gender Assessment, child protection, Stress management, Staff care and MHPPS, performance management, personal security trainings.

I am skilled in applying of ODK-based technology or mobile data collection platforms like Ona, Kobo and advance skills in applying MS Excel, SPSS, STATA, Access, Power BI, Tableau and other data management and data visualization tools. Moreover, I have experience in support and guidance for program performance planning and monitoring, data visualization design and dissemination, and reporting; partnerships building, knowledge management and capacity building of staff and partners; the systematic routine monitoring of program, development and operationalization of MIS systems, data collection, compilation, analysis, and visualization including dashboards, pictographs, and infographics. 

Throughout my career I led the process to Develop and/or update a regular package of data visualization products (including maps, dashboards, infographics, and financial/resource analysis) that presents information in a way that is easily understood by various decision-makers, individuals, and groups. Facilitate partnership and collaboration with internal and external counterparts, including those of the national partners, in order to improve the ability to collect and disseminate development data and information, exchange information on program/project status and implementation and movement/distribution of supplies. Identify, capture, synthesize and share lessons learned from monitoring for integration into broader knowledge development planning and management efforts. Research and report on best practices for development planning of knowledge products and systems for monitoring. Experienced in designing and providing technical support for the implementation of capacity-building strategies and participate as a resource person in capacity-building initiatives to enhance the competencies of staff and partners.
