An expert organizer with 33 years of military experience on Organizational Structuring and Policy Formulation, General Administration, HR and Training Facilitation, Security Management, Project Management (Real Estate), Coordination, Liaison and Negotiation service, Briefing and Deliberation.

My career progressively developed from basic soldiering to decision making position at present. As a leader of men, I have acquired expertise on analyzing situations to understand administration to minutes detail, team building and on the techniques of leading men to accomplish given tasks. As staff, I have coordinated different activities, conditions of service, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements to maintain secure environment. As instructor, I have imparted lessons for developing working force and involved in the analytical process to meet future challenges. As a UN staff, I have availed experience on negotiation skill and ability to influence others from diversified cultural background. In e-Passport Project, I have gathered experience on liaison with support services to ensure optimum safety and security encompassing multinational stakeholders and Govt agencies. In SKS & in UTAH, I could effectively employ my knowledge and experience in administering a business agency including security of assets and personnel.
