Hi, I’m Md Solaiman Chowdhury. I completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University in 2018. I have around six years of industrial experience in mobile and backend development. I previously contributed to large-scale telecom applications serving over60 million users, as well as Fintech applications like MFS, DFS. I specialize in Android, Flutter, Kotlin, Django, and Python, focusing on secure and scalable systems. Alongside industry work, I’ve been involved in AI and machine learning research, particularly in healthcare and Renewable Energy Sector, with multiple publications. In 2024 I went to the UK to pursue my master’s degree, but had to return to Bangladesh due to family urgencies. I’m currently preparing to re-enter the industry and looking for global opportunities in software engineering, mobile, or AI-integrated applications.
Experience
In my last organization, my most significant Android projects I worked on were MyRobi and MyAirtel, which together have over 60 million downloads. I contributed to a full app revamp using Android Native with Kotlin, working on account management, improved search feature, in-app Play Store reviews, and optimized menu structures. Another major Android Native project was Trust Axiata Pay (TAP), a mobile financial services app with over five hundred thousand downloads. I implemented a new UI, device binding, eKYC liveliness, and DPS features and ensured a 99.92% crash-free rate. Also, I built FirstCash, a full-scale MFS application from scratch using Flutter, deployed on both Android and iOS. This app has features like send money, bill payments, education fees, and merchant payment, using. Additionally led the development of dCloud, a Flutter-based digital financial service app for a private commercial bank, implementing SSL pinning, encrypted communication, biometric login, and multi-device access prevention in close coordination with backend teams and UI team.
