• Achieved 50% faster for Master plan of the University of Dhaka construction at 75% cost by modifying construction staging to minimize interference in operational Home Economics Building due to movement of construction materials & equipment.
• Led implementation of Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS) to Matador Pipe & PVC Factory, Habiganj end-to-end order processing and prepared 30% of construction plan using MPS within 7 days of involvement, expediating MPS uptake across functional units. 
• Oversaw installation of Nikunja Lake Development’s excavation of the lake bed and reorganize layouts of construction of two walkways on both its sides and a boundary wall along the airport road to curb noise pollution for efficient line balancing to achieve 500-person development output within same area.
• Interviewed 10 contractors across multiple parameters and secure contracts worth 10K$ from Excavation and Development of 100ft Wide Khal along Both Sides of the Purbachal Link Road (from Kuril to Balu River) Project.
• Ensuring that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.
• Determining and scheduling different stages of the building process, in accordance to the client needs.
• Monitoring the progress of the project and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.
• Performed time-motion studies for process improvements resulting the 20% higher productivity and reduction in contract Labour from 20% to 0% of total manpower.
