During my tenure as Project Manager at Save The Children International in Cox's Bazar, I provided strategic guidance and managerial support to the Cox's Bazar and Bandarban Districts Team, resulting in increased project efficiency and surpassing project targets. I successfully developed and maintained strong working relationships with key stakeholders, implemented initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and ensured adherence to budgetary constraints. Additionally, my role as a Deputy Manager in Barishal involved managing field teams in difficult-to-reach areas, coordinating with the national-level COVID-19 response management team, and advocating for improved supervision, resulting in improved quality of care and data collection.
