Experience
I have experience as an Interpreter at RSC Asia-IRC, where I provided translation services for refugee interviews, assisted with data collection, and facilitated communication in meetings and workshops. As a Research Assistant at Asian University for Women, I conducted research on sustainable cocoa growing techniques and collaborated with the CCCEH to mitigate climate change effects. I also served as a Residential Assistant and Teacher Assistant, facilitating student admissions, managing dorms, and assisting with classroom activities. Additionally, I worked as a Mentor at Maisoli Foundation, leading campaigns to prevent child marriage and providing counseling and workshops for personal and professional growth. During my internship at Konrad Adenaer Stifung, I acquired management expertise and contributed to field visits and program assessments. I co-authored a paper on gender-based violence with SVRI and participated in the Melon Research Fellowship, focusing on improving teaching outcomes for refugee students.
