About Shanjeda Shahid Preety:

Teaching and training have always been my passion. In this regard, I have continuously prepared myself for the last 2 years in this sector while working at BYLC and RDM English School. Besides, while working on both academic and extracurricular activities, I have continuously worked on developing critical thinking, leadership, presentation skill, public speaking skill, communication skill, negotiation skills, etc. 

Experience

English Language Instructor RDM English School February 2023- Present.

I am working here as an instructor and usually take classes online. 

Youth Leadership Facilitator Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) 12 December 2021 - 19 January 2023 

I have worked in two teams. One is Leadership Development and Teaching Team and the other is the admissions team. I have facilitated seven programs in total Including the Dhaka batch and the national batch. I have conducted classes both online and offline. In the admission team, I was engaged as an interviewer for the selection of volunteers for BYLC and candidates for several programs of BYLC. Also on the recruitment board of CareerX
